Real estate has both challenges and rewards. Each transaction is different and each one comes with its own unique set of issues and hurdles to overcome. This is where my real job begins using my experience and resourcefulness to see that my customer ultimately find what they’re looking for. Finding someone a new home or selling one for them so they can move on to the next chapter in their life is very satisfying. You know you’ve lifted a heavy burden once a transaction has been completed.
I’ve been in residential real estate sales since 1996, building my work and reputation on the foundation of satisfied customers and their referrals. For the past 18 years, virtually all of my business has been based on customer referrals and not advertisement. I’m an award-winning agent, garnering awards from each new chapter of my career.
As an Associate Broker with Farone and Associates in Lanham, MD, I enjoy both the prestige of working with a veteran brokerage and the benefits of being part of an agile, fast moving professional operation. Specializing in large estates, single family homes, condos and townhouses, this professional atmosphere and close-knit community, allows me to offer the personalized services sought after by so many Washington area movers and shakers.
I hold a Master's degree in Psychology which often helps me recognize a client’s needs before they do. Offering both sound advice and practical alternatives to situations that might arise, my goal is to find you a home or sell the one you in. When I’m not practicing real estate work, I enjoy reading, walking, traveling and spending quality time with my family and friends.
To serve each and every client to the very best of my ability. In doing so, I hope to leave my clients with real estate knowledge beyond what they possessed prior to our association. My goal is to be the name that comes to mind when you think of real estate.
